Welcome. Yin Yoga is a subtle and profound practice that offers a healthy balance to the active aspects of our lives.
In just a few minutes, our relaxed muscles allow the connective tissue to enjoy a nourishing stretch, while we gently meet ourselves in curious investigation.
Deeply held energies are finally given the space to release, allowing for positive shifts on multiple levels. -

Ahhhhh.... is the perfect way to describe the feeling Restorative offers.
Our busy lives have us always switched on. Together, let's turn off those switches and give our bodies the time and space to work their natural healing magic.
Restorative Yoga is incredibly relaxing. It focuses on both the fluid and nervous systems, encouraging the 'rest & digest' parasympathetic to be engaged vs. the 'fight or flight' sympathetic nervous system.
Restorative Yoga is where 'good for you' and 'feels amazing' come together. Kind of like a mini vacation. -
THURSDAYS 10am ET / 7am PT
60 min.
Stretch out the creaks and gently invite your body to greater levels of strength and suppleness. An active practice vs. the passive practices of Yin and Restorative. We’ll explore movement, embodiment, breath and play.
